It leaves form Holešovice Train Station and terminates at the Zoo entrance.

From May 24 to August 31 the Zoobus runs on weekends and public holidays, in July and August then every day. The interval is 20 minutes. It follows the route of bus no 112, but it doesn´t stop in any other stops than the terminal ones. The bus can be easily recognised – with its self-promoting design.
