First news from Tbilisi by team leader Petr Velenský: There was a wave of eight, nine meter size full of mud and debris, which went through Tbilisi Zoo. The zoo lies just near the river Vera.

'The floods were much stronger than in Prague Zoo,' says Peter Velenský. There is probably no more animal running in the city, but there are still two tigers missing and one dead bear under the debris. The view of the zoo is desperate. Our people were welcomed with emotion. They immediately started to help. For example some of them are cleaning penguins who were found under the car covered with oil.
