Opening time

Prague Zoo is now open daily all year round. We are now open Monday to Sunday.

On December 24 the zoo is open from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
* Turnstiles, zoo ticket offices, pavilions and attractions, souvenir shops, restaurants and refreshment stands close at 7 p.m., but you can stay in the complex until 9 p.m..

Please note: the ticket office by the main entrance is open daily; the southern and northern ticket offices open on weekends, public holidays and during school vacations. Ticket offices close half an hour before Zoo closing time.

Based on the veterinary administration’s decision, a respirator must be worn inside the Indonesian Jungle house. Only limited numbers will be permitted at a time. This is because orangutans and other primates are susceptible to infection with covid-19.
